I visited here as a kid and went to school at Boyertown with a few of the family members - so cool. Frecon is particularly appealing if apples are as important to you as pumpkins. The orchard offers fall picking, seasonal hayrides, baked goods and cider, making this a great place for an orchard-focused fall afternoon.
Good for: Apple lovers, cider and a more orchard-centered experience.

Farther west in Berks County, Duncan's delivers exactly what its name promises: a big corn maze and pick-your-own pumpkin patch on a working farm. The atmosphere is casual and outdoorsy, with additional family activities and evening hours.
Good for: A true corn-maze adventure.
One of the best things about fall in University Valley is that you don't have to make the farm your only destination.
Start with coffee in Kutztown, spend the afternoon picking pumpkins near Breinigsville, head toward Hawk Mountain for a drive through the fall foliage, or pair a Northampton County farm with dinner in Bethlehem or Easton.
That's fall in University Valley: you don't have to travel far to make a day of it.
Farm schedules and activities can change because of weather and crop conditions, so check directly with the farm before heading out.
